Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Legacy Creed LLC, every order is handcrafted, carefully inspected, and packaged with intention before it leaves our studio.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, live sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside of Legacy Creed LLC’s control.

Delivery

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Legacy Creed LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and damaged items so we can assist you.
